Fitness Coach

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Tracy Allen helps individuals achieve their fitness goals through customized exercise programs and guidance. She will assess client fitness levels, develop tailored workout plans, create a customized meal plan, monitor client’s progress all while providing motivation and support. 

Experienced Training

Tracy’s journey began in England, where her love of movement was sparked through gymnastics, track, and swim teams. Fitness became a lifelong passion that followed her across the globe — from lifting weights in her hometown gym to squeezing in workouts during layovers while working in the airline industry.

After moving to the U.S. and becoming a mom of two, Tracy rediscovered her strength through boxing, weight training, and eventually figure competitions. She placed third in her first National Physique Committee (NPC) event, the largest amateur bodybuilding organization in the United States.

With her personal fitness experience and certified coaching techniques, Tracy is able to develop an individualized training program to help you achieve your fitness goals.
